Ya, Jeffry Cheah's man has all these in their finger tips lah.

Inside Monash campus it self, there are 2 blocks ( i think is 2) luxury condo, built with 8 single
fully furnished rooms in each unit, sharing 3 bathroom, rental RM1050 per room.
Very convenient, connected through campus with a secure pedestrian bridge, and StarBuck outlet.

For Sunway, just beside campus, Sun-U Residences and one more Sun ??? with total 4 blocks,
charge about RM750 for twin sharing fully furnished. Share ? bathrooms.

Don't forget, upcoming Nadayu 28 (just behind Sunway campus) also eyeing this student market.

Yes with this kindda supply, price is king!
If one can really nego existing ssq condo and then rent it out slightly below market price, I think it'll be a better buy then geo 2

Do you think Airbnb is doable in GEO as it is near to Sunway lagoon & shopping heaven?

To me total convenient is important when trying to rent out easily ----> public transport, commercial, leisure, education, hospitality...all must within walking distance or short travelling time...which is GEO can offer..

Sunway Geo Residences 2 had received a strong response with an 80% take-up recorded at its soft launch at Menara Sunway recently, despite it being a transitional period for the property sector.
This follows the success celebrated at previous launches for Sunway Geo. The first phase has been sold out since while its second phase was 90% taken up during launch. Previous launches consist of retail shops, flexi suites, serviced apartments and residences.
The soft launch of Sunway Geo Residences 2 offers 318 residential units within the 23.4 acre, RM 2 billion GDV, integrated development. Residents and businesses will benefit from Malaysia’s first elevated Bust Rapid Transit (BRT) – Sunway Line to be completed in 2015, along with the Sunway University’s new campus and the expansion of the elevated canopy walk that connects the development to the world-class components of Sunway Resort City. The expansion of Sunway Medical Centre will be completed in 2017. The success of both launches testifies to the success of Sunway’s integrated development model with homebuyers.

For Geo Residence, is there a rm100 maintenance fees for the lake/south quay on top of the current unit maintenance? Is the owners of Nautica and A'Marine have to pay as well for the lake maintenance

In the past i believe have to pay, but that was remove already for Nautica. Now lake is maintain by sunway.

80% take up rate? Can all of them get loan approved or not? There are also some projects with 80/90% take up rate but can't get loan approved

Thanks bos For Lacosta the rm100 it's in the S&P so thinking how to escape but if Nautica, A'Marine and Geo don't have then cantek
