For Geo Residence, is there a rm100 maintenance fees for the lake/south quay on top of the current unit maintenance? Is the owners of Nautica and A'Marine have to pay as well for the lake maintenance

80% take up rate? Can all of them get loan approved or not? There are also some projects with 80/90% take up rate but can't get loan approved
