in my opinion, 6xx is cheaper...so is affortable....affortable not 100% is good for investment..but when come to investment...still prefer at least got 2 bedroom come with one car park....

for Geo 2, 9xxsf sold out first compared 6xxsf....cos 9xx sf is more leaseable n sellable compared 6xxsf...

I think theres no diff of pricing by psf, still the same 5% discount plus big unit get 2 carpark.
Agree geo2 is higher priced, lesser discount, NO DIBS (Geo1 can opt with or with out DIBS less 6%)
Im actually comparing to a SOHO in Hartamas which is going to VP soon, lastly decide to go for GEO.

First buy thouhgt of purely investment but now feel like wanna stay there...hard to comeby this kind of development in KV if not wrong, still undecide to go for big or not. 900+k wor a bit hard to swallow lol sad.gif

Among the premium highrises or any with RM 800 psf onwards except KL City, I believe GEO is one of the best.

Sunway constructing guardhouse at entrance to Sunway South Quay, adding another tier of security.

After completion, motorist can't use the road inside sunway south quay as shortcut from/to Kesas anymore.
