The next project will be on next year end as what the SA told me. A mix residential project just infront of the GEO. By then the price will be even more higher after the implementation of GST.

Thank's for that adress , I and my friends already gone there... For non bumiputera just gets 5 % . Unless you are Sunway club may be plus 3 % ( sorry not sure). If bumiputera you can get 7% + 5 % = 12 % . The location is good and VIP ..but the price wow..! If you have over budget that is a good investment.
