It is important & need time to go through at home before booking!

Yup, in the end have to wait and see the bill statement. But all serviced residences are under commercial title.

My lawyer for signing S&P managed to quote only one instance where their past client for a different commercial title project managed to successfully convert and pay residential rate for electricity bill but water was still under commercial rates.

The ground has treated well and soil improvement like grouting etc are done. as a geotechnical engineer, i would say the land is safe to be sit by a tall bulding now smile.gif

All serviced condo which are under commercial title will attract gst for their service. Eg centrio, Eco world. Any which have the word serviced condo or under commercial title

what you say got point, but price is base on location in Klang Valley, normally ppl use KLCC, they won use PJ MId Valley or Damansara One Utama biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

All building plan and construction dwgs endorsed by professional engineer le. Not like those renovate back yard ask contractor Tom or ah beng to extend the back yard without approval. Further it need certified by a lead professional engineer before CCC, is enough to ensure ur safety la.
