What are the cons if loan the house under 2 person name?
using my name alone might not got approved (golongan low paid)...

if i made 10k booking fees, what if my loan rejected or i change my mind not to buy, will they refund me 100%?

for those who concern about the filled soil (ex-rubbish dump site), the soil is well compacted according to standard + soil treatment + piles are socketing into rock.
