Although developer is proposing a link road, but don't worry, I'm not taking it seriously, I know word can said easily, execute or not, let's see.
The road to access to brem mall is nt stated in google map, but it is really accessible, take the road you can heading to brem mall, after that turn left you arrive the road about to Jalan kuching. Not necessary have to drive to Batu caves round about

In this case I see no point to build another road as proposed by the developer!

I'm a local resident at Tmn Wahyu, the existing "shortcut" road is very jam already, catering to the existing 500+ double story terrace houses here. If mah sing do not fulfill the promises of the two new proposed roads, the access to Jalan Kuching or Ipoh will definitely by a total pain in the arse of residents of Lakeville and tmn Wahyu for the rest of our lives.

Tms the Tns gd in tok kok la. Agent unethical some more. Hard to blif got ppl buy their kok show.

First of all, you understand the developer will take care of their company P&L 1st then it may consider to make access road to the main road for the convenience of the Lakevillie residents, i would say it part of their after sales service lah.... Anyway, the promises of two new proposed roads is not put in writing anywhere in S&P, at the end, it may or may not build or widen the access road to main road that up to the developer..... Normally, this access road under the relevant gov authority who take care after the land sold to the developer ......hope for the best result for all the parties concerned....

Actually TMS shpuld have the proposed road to connect to Jalan Kepong directly, and not via Jalan Kepong lama (beside Telekom building). This is because of the density.

DBKL got it wrong. I hope Taman Wahyu RA read this and write to DBKL to appeal for it.

Before anyone shoot me, do you know how jam is Jalan Kepong Lama at peak hour...the turn out to Jalan Kepong is quite challenging in the morning. Many cars stuck there as per local residents.

Currently we can access the to the brem mall by using the short cut road I mention, but it's still a bonus if proposed link road is build because it is directly to brem mall, shorter than current short cut. Hopefully they fulfill their promises.

JieWongkor - but Jalan Kepong Lama is quite jam leh as of now...at peak hour..... I spoke to a few uncle in E&O....

Any1 remember TNS promised athg for any project previously??? Did they do it or just another marketing gimmick???

I though i see the river of life project in sungai batu ( kepong to sg gombak) got a big road next to it. Dont know is part of river of life project or not.
