I think location is depend on area, not particular road. Lakeville have another alternative road access to Brem mall, Batu Caves roundabout is not only the way. No doubt location of Kiara East is slightly better, that why the price also "BETTER", It's a give and take thing, got money ma buy Kiara East, budget limit consider lakeville lo.

Only incinerator is applicable.

EcoSky has lower density 1000 vs 2500. freehold vs Leasehold. Normal land vs rubbish area and partly filled land. Near the polluted lake. Distance to kommuter is different with shaded route.

Google Maps unable to find any road to Jln Kepong.
Although developer proposed link road to Jln Kepong, it is not stated in your S&P
so don't take serisouly that it will happend one day!

I refer to areas not particular road last post. KLCC is used for our reference
because most KL people would go for shopping, working there!

You forget one good things about Lakeville over EcoSky 

The facilities and view are better in Lakeville Recration Sky Park 

There is also another road leading to Jalan Ipoh through Jalan Kepong Lama.

I fully agree wrt to the amazing facilities too. Totally tempted by concept. But when I think of the 2 - 3k units sharing it and the access road leading out of the area. Gone case. Nightmare access in the future

No good points to show off.. So just show off facilities only .. Dun forget their park actually at top of car park roof ... Not on ground... So how to say mh is generous ler... Is just very normal n bored facilities which will be shared with over 2000units residences..
