Thanks a lot, this is a good website.
Looking at it:-
Advance Coach AC7 Yishun Interchange to Kotaraya II Terminal
via Yishun Avenue 7, Sembawang Road, Sembawang Way (NS11 Sembawang MRT), Woodlands Avenue 9 & Woodlands Checkpoint.

Transtar Express TS1
Changi Airport to Kotaraya II Terminal
limited-stop via TPE, Sengkang/Punggol (SE1 Compassvale LRT), Jalan Kayu, Sembawang Road, Woodlands Avenue 5 (NS9 Woodlands MRT), Woodlands Avenue 3 (NS8 Marsiling MRT) & Woodlands Checkpoint.

Both of this mention Sembawang, perhaps they did stop at Sembawang MRT. rclxms.gif

1. Any condition you want to impose you need to put it down inside the agreement for both parties to sign. Something like no female tenants in unit etc. If nothing stated, landlord can do anything he want.

2. Your PM job scope include finding a room to suit your needs? I think this one is a personal matter and not related to the PM or his superior, if your contract don't provide any accommodation. Reimburse you with the rent is different thing. Going up or even highlighting it to your PM shows how you deal with problem and people...

Try find muslims landlords. I stayed with 2 muslims landlords before, one very strict on rules, one quite easy going.

Dear friends,

I have question regarding conversion of MY motorcycle license to SG motorcyle license.

Currently I hold MY license class B2 (250 cc or below) and I own Naza Blade 250 as my daily ride.

I have read some articles as below:

Another note: If you have a Malaysian Full B Motorcycle license (500CC and above), they will only give you a 2B (200CC and below) license. This is not negotiable. If you want your 2A (200CC and above but below 500CC) or the class 2 (500CC and above). You must start at 2B, wait for one year and have no bad driving records, and then take the course for 2A. You must wait another year to do the same for the full class 2. This is Singapore's 3-tier motorcycle licensing system. No way out! If you find a loophole, do let me know!

So, even though after I complete all the procedure and able to class 2B motorcycle license, I will not able to use my Naza Blade 250 legally in SG, is that correct? and have to wait for one year before can proceed for 2A and 2.

Kindly advise bro.... Aiyo... tak kan I have to buy another smaller cc bike to be use in SG...

you can convert your malaysian license to sg ones without cancelling, but once your license expired, you wouldn't be able to renew it again...

reason being is that when you do your conversion, sg will ask you to go jpj to get a letter stating that you have a clean driving license record...

jpj will issue you a letter and will tell you at that point of time that you will not be able to renew your license anymore...

that was the procedure i went through, 2 years ago...

enermax no need to convert lah. just use My for a year, and see how. please read there is a condition, where you will need to convert after 1 year if you reside in SG. Key is Asean , relevant driving license authority

read below

as for license cancellation, JPJ will block but not cut.(but we dunno really block or not as per Ivan said he could still renew after convert) and Singapore TP side also won't cut your license.

if you worry, then before extract, renew for 5 years straightaway. then extract > do conversion.
but then again, no point also as your SG driving license valid in Msia.

amad108, if it challenges too much on religion line, just move back to MY or quit the job. Its your personal call. Hope your PM can re-shift you back to MY laugh.gif

Bro keii-kun,

You the man bro.... thank you for the info bro... Now I clear already regarding this license issue.

So the conclusion, I just use my MY license and MY bike as long as I stay in JB and not reside in SG...

can or not like that bro? them... all the procedure make me blur.... hahahahhaa

Something new. I don't know how your case is possible. But my sis-in-law asked JPJ recently, the law still same like the time I applied. Only can hold one driving license, have to cancel the other one. I remember they punch hole to my MY driving license when applying.
