To be fair, I think the question by -matrix- is acceptable as it involves some technical issues and not a one liner question smile.gif

Hi all,

I am aware that Great Eastern doesn't accept AMEX but it does accept mastercard right? Can I pay my monthly premium using maybank mastercard? I tried paying the premium using m2u but it seems like I can only select my saving accounts to pay. There is no option to pay using MC. Is there any settings that need to be done that I had missed out? Appreciate your feedback and comments. Thank you:)

Refer to the column above it. MBB separates the points to points gained in the month (1x) and bonus points gained in the month (4x), so total is 5x/

Hi,

Pardon me for this question as I've never paid Maybank credit card not belong to me. Would like to confirm whether the following steps are correct for payment of Maybank CC via M2U:
1) Bill Payment
2) Select 'Maybank Credit Card'
3) Choose Maybank Visa Card (for Visa) OR Maybank Mastercard (for MasterCard)
4) Put amount and card number and voila!

Thanks.

im in malaysia, going to make the hotel payment in thailand.
im concern about my card being misused, is it safe to give them my card number, exp date, and CCV number?
this is my first time.

if i pay 1000 baht, if there any extra charge? how about the currency rate?

use master/visa for lower exchange rate, you can check the rate at respective websites.

if you are so concern on misuse - use cash

I'm a new maybankard gold user (applied in the month of June) and i did quite a few transactions on weekends. But in the latest statement which i received on 26th of June , i realised there are no mentions of rebates in it. So, i guess it should be reflected on the following statements on 1st or 2nd day as per FAQs (1st page?)

cash back is based on calendar month, not statement cycle

hi, you mean your agent says it is possible to pay via AMEX? From this webpage, it seems like only visa/mastercard is usable. It will be great if AMEX can be used:)
