a tips from bank officer,
when make a dispute on credit card, never even agree to pay 50%-50% which assumption both party held responsible to the faulty transaction.
If bank don't want to reimburse, then can bring to bank negara (there's actually a body under bank negara that manage this kind of thing, but I forgot its name)
