Guys, wat is the most convenient way to increase CL ? Is there anyway that i can do it online ? Email my new payslip to maybank ? Or should I just go to Maybank and do it there ?

How long will it take for them to increase ur credit limit after submission of payslips ? And how do you check ? Through Maybank2u ?

Mine still showing old credit limit after submitting my payslip in maybank aeon bukit tinggi last saturday. Maybe they need more time.

Submitted increase limit form in bank on 6th July. Called the CS on 14th July and they say it was submitted on 10th July and need 3 - 5 working days to see the result. Now it's 17th July and still the same credit limit in Maybank2u. The limit should be 2X my pay right as it is lower previously so i submitted 3 months pay slip to them for the increment. Will they reject the limit increment?

I went to branch, they fill up one form with my details and took my payslips. Then after a week, I called and the guy say need 3-5 working days to know the status. So today I called, they ask me to fill in declaration form. What is that? Why they cant just increase the limit when they have my payslip already? Even my salary is banked into Maybank.

Is it better to just go Maybankard centre to do it?

Is this effective today? Can i go change some metrojaya voucher today for 9k points?

I submitted the supplementary sheet bout 2 weeks back. The CS don't even bother to call and tell me, I have to call them then they say need the supplementary sheet. I went and did it in the bank and the bank officer din even tell me what was needed. I gave them my 3 months salary only and filled in some form to get basic information such as my name, cc number and all. That's all. I am going to call them soon and ask what's the status again. Probably got rejected or stg.

Mine I submitted at branch on 7th July. Then called them up 1 week later. They say just submitted so need 3-5 working days. Then I called again the following week, and they say need supplementary form ask me email them. So I emailed, and waited for a week plus and yesterday i saw my limit increased. Almost 1 month I guess. But if u provide them the increase limit form, supplementary form, and 3 months pay slip, I think within 2 weeks u will see increment if approved.

They are probably busy updating their treatpoint systems than giving us back our cashbacks.

Outstanding amount is the overall amount even after u swipe after the statement date. U should pay off ur statement balance for the month, and once u are done, just wait for the next change in the statement balance then pay it off. U should be able to get ur statement the next month. Sometimes first month they dun generate or stg.

I have booked rooms through Agoda a couple of times and the rates are the same. And after key in AMEX card number they will discount 7%.

My friend just received SMS that her card was swiped USD1603 AT BESTBUY\\RICHFIELD\55423 at 2 am ..

Called customer service and they say they tried calling but cannot get so they approved that transaction .. Now cancelled the card and waiting for new card. And they ask to fill in the dispute form if the charges are in the statements .

Is this the right procedure? I asked if the transaction got through and they say they approved it since they cant get her to answer the call.
