Asrock B85M Pro4 --> socket 1150 haswell.
MSI H77MA-G43 --> socket 1155 ivy bridge.

Those are from different socket.It's yours to choose.
And yup,500W will be enough to power up the rig.

owh, ok.. since both mobo dont differ much in price, which one would u recon? and would my rig performance increase if i use higher psu, like 620W

No.PSU is just a power supply.It has nothing to do with PC performance.Spending too much for an unused extra power is just a waste.

Regarding the IVY vs Haswell,It's actually depends.If you got so much work to do with your PC,i'll go for Xeon anytime..and if it's only for gaming and some light job,i5's will do..

SSD is optional, if u need the fast boot and apps loading time ssd is a nice choice of upgrade.
Normally ppl used too install os and frequently used apps/software on it.

Its basically a drive, usage more or less the same as HDD. Just the price/gb is higher than regular HDD only.

That will depend on if you're using it for it's worth or not,generally if you're on a single 1080p monitor the Gtx760 will serve you fine but comes a time where you may have to lower some settings to play smoothly which is obviously less so with the Gtx770.

Look at the reviews online and judge for yourself if the extra RM500 is worth it or not
