now the development is focus on CITY CENTER bukit bintang area...the immediate point is CHERAS..because government have lot of land redevelop over there..unlike PANDAN/SENTUL...mostly are housing area...less attractive...

Guess LRT 3 will take long time to kick start n finish...can see LRT 2... talk n talk about 5 to 6 years then baru jalan....
government will concentrate on MRT1 & 2 first... that will direct give positive impact to our contry economy....
LRT may need private funding....government where got money...mau buat TRX, Bandar Malaysia, Warisan Merdeka.......LRT mayb not so priority..

yes...ALAMDAMAI/DAMAI PERDANA, whole stretch along jalan alam damai benefit the most..at least 2 station there... couple with SUKE highway.....+ MRT 1 at cheras central, just at entrance of lenseng/alam damai... so many infra...! those part at tmn muda side are more run down old house.."cheras kia" stay there...this part is middle to upper level Mont Cheras...
