Mont Kiara so small and cheras is very huge. i will say cheras gonna become PJ lol, more and more middle to high income household will slowly move in to cheras with Govt focus the infrastructure development in this area. Connected with several major highway in KL and public transportation system.

become PJ ? PJ full with british colonial style single storey house..it looks lot older than Cheras ...infra wise only have putra line...

Yes. But bought at 530psf. But velicity at that time launching 1kpsf. So i fast fast grap last minutes.

the best about lido is mrt location and the layout.

Toilet and 2 bedroom sibeh big therefore the 900 sqf very nice.

early buyer get as low as 498psf. Some more with kl facing cry.gif

is PJ folks wealthier ? i am not sure on that, since most of their houses are at least 30+yrs..still have lot of single storey house...

if on Damansara side up to Bandar utama..probably can say better...

feel sorry for people in the west side. Shah Alam-Klang area looks like out of the radar for now. No lines whatsoever

should be from 1u cut thru centre point. go down to klang highway toll near tropicana there.... all the way to klang.

probably the immediate beneficiary is setia alam...not supprised also, SP setia and SIME DARBY have huge project there...
earlier on i also curious will they go to the other side of shah alam klang where not much GLC have interest there, only the alam impian by sime.
the rest are ioi/gamuda/etc...

Setia Alam has no market because the final part is mainly industrial.

The southern side serves Shah Alam City - Stadium - UITM, typically the main focal point of Shah Alam.

The biggest lobby guy is I-City now.

Wow...it looks like there are a lot of transport infrastructure projects going on in the KV....new LRT line, MRT 1,2,3 and new highways. Is proven around the globe that improvements in the urban transport system will come with large benefits...areas close to the new infra will definitely benefit the most...one of it is a significant increase in the property prices in the surrounding areas...you can probably see it happening now.
