Haha. I grew up in Jiu Lai too, but going back there these days (to Leisure Mall for example) feels like Cheras is super high density with too many cars.

Maybe somewhere with less people and more greeneries will be ideal. nod.gif

If there is a high speed rail connecting Cyberjaya to KLCC within 15-20 minutes, I would be the first to buy a property there.

How long is the commute by car currently? 45 minutes to 1 hour?

Even if MRT ends at Cyberjaya, it will still take too long to reach city centre. What KL needs is something like the RER in Paris, the high speed trains that connects city fringe to city centre with very few stops in between.

jiulai is too congested dy. limited room for property price to growth compare puchong, kajang.

I believe in short future, property in kajang, south puchong growth better than cheras.

i think jiu lai and puchong same now, abang adik

With the cheras sentral interchange, connaught, ekocheras, leisure mall that area will become new cheras centralize commercial centre.

Cokraine, ikea, velocity consider part of kl city area or starting point of jiu lai.
