Problem is these area are inner part from Main road jalan cheras...wonder how the MRT can go through..

Thought MALURI Jusco should have large scale extension like what the 1U done. since opposite of the shopping center and at its back, still have large land for developed.

no MRT 2 is on the way..u may go to Damai perdana Cheras. A few MRT machines are in place doing ground testing..they just place beside the road..abt 2-3 are there..

how can the line be circle if it run from sg buloh to putrajaya ?
bit doubt on the talk of MRT 2...initially mrt 2 is frm sg buloh to putrajaya then circle line is witiin city center not reach the two area of sg buloh and putrajaya.

If they really want to expand..the first area is SETIA ALAM..where PNB via SP SETIA has huge interest there...
the 1 malaysia medical center is built there as well...kind of more reasonable extend from sg buloh to setia alam also...

MRT location not purely based on density...even though they claim this is one of the reason...good example is tmn tun staton..high density do u think ?
we are discussing the mrt station..not property up or down..
you looks not very with SP SETIA ha..ha...
recently the bank are very conservative in giving loan.especailly those 700k abv which is the case of setia alam..not much people can afford..
but this is the case...nowadays new landed township already in this price..even rawan already touch 600k..!

arent the MRT 3 circle line only cover mont kiara ? MRT 2 is frm sg buloh to cheras and putrajaya ?
i heard the MRT 3 only start once MRT 1 complete

in stead of focus on MRT 2 / 3, i rather waithing for the HSR from SG to KL...
any idea where the KL stop ? imagine can get Malaysian work in SG and stay at KL...sure the house price fly if the KL stop is at door step !
it is RM 2.6 to 1SGD today...!!

what i heard MRT 2 and 3 is high impact and value project. might not in the dropping cart...
the one which might be drop out is HSR to SG.

the news i had get should be all MRT 1,2,3 unaffected...this means all property price continue to strenght due to cost push effect !

CyberJ ? not so soon...city center still hav alot waiting to developed the line..they link to Putraj mostly, government dept are there...
