Guess LRT 3 will take long time to kick start n finish...can see LRT 2... talk n talk about 5 to 6 years then baru jalan....

government will concentrate on MRT1 & 2 first... that will direct give positive impact to our contry economy....

LRT may need private funding....government where got money...mau buat TRX, Bandar Malaysia, Warisan Merdeka.......LRT mayb not so priority..

one south never asking for mrt....with the price below 500k for the most of the units...some below 350k for smallest units...
the rental is between 1400 to 2500...ya...most tenants are middle east...but so wat....as long can rent it out....rental yield more than 5% ....better than so called high end condo around kv....12km to KLCC... 8km to bandar Malaysia..10km to TRX....10m to Sremban Highway...5km to upcoming booming Bkt Jalil City....5km to nearest LRT station.....5km to Salak Selatan Terminal....high visibility from Sremban Highway & Besraya Highway....somemore...the HSR from Singapore to KL...even not at door step...but very near....and MRT...2km only....


So...APA YOU MAU LAGI??????

better than so called Ecoxxxx Semenyih....just only a direct link to Lekas....can be proud n talk n talk until no tomolo....

very difficult to materialize...cos a lots of developers are kedekut to built pedestrian bridge ...i dun think Hua Yang will bulit...cos they are totally chinaman company...
