RM 400+ psf still complain?

We are considering RM 900+ psf @ Sunway likely without DIBS, RM 1300+ psf @ KLEC...

Landed is see beh worth the money!

Some may not afford to buy landed.

Family size condo priced @ RM 500k+ to RM 600k+ will be good entry, can always upgrade to landed in the future.

nope..i,m not complaining..just that with rm1 million+ of budget..i,m better off buying smaller house with better location..just my own preference

hi bro... im looking other area as well...care to suggest which better location with 1 mil?... 3 storey intermediate in denai alam latest design owner asking 1.35mil....2storey wide angular unit 1.4mil...summore not fully gated n guarded with clubhouse facility...laman glenmarie 2 i oso survey...not bad but worry security issue....not really gng no clubhouse facility price already 900k++...but my area of preference is either shah alam or cyberjaya...

Many simply comment without giving the fact, I wonder whether they visited Cyberjaya before.

Our neighbour house @ Sri Damansara 22 x 75 1800+ sqft is asking RM 900k+, same house @ Ara Damansara is asking RM 1+ M.

If u like Cyberjaya just do it, especially buying for own stay. & if u ask potential appreciation again, I can say everywhere is almost the same, because the last cycle run just over.

Any launches in klang valley now is crazy... Shah Alam/pj/damansara/puchong/sentul/cheras/kepong/KD/SD/sgbuloh. All way beyond high. Direction of development will head south side or within putrajaya 30km radius.
It used to be kl city centre 30km radius, but that's already well done..

Why south? Coz there is nothing up north side towards rawang. Sungai buloh is the limit... KLIA / putrajaya/ kl-sg high speed train/ is on the southern side.

Cyberjaya... Is the next satellite city (like PJ 30yrs ago being the satellite city for kl city, and the then state of the art Subang airport). It will be difficult for cyberjaya not to flourish....

actually staying in cyberjaya is not simply because of the price but u need to suit yourself to this place. i have been staying in cyberjaya for the past 7-8 years and i found out this place still lack of amenities such as food stalls and a simple shopping mall like jusco/tesco/giant. I have been travelling to nearby areas such as seri kembangan or putrajaya to either shop for groceries or watching movie. Well of course cyberjaya do have chains restaurants. Other than this facts, if u prefer a peaceful place for own stay, i will say cyberjaya is a good place. in terms of security, cyberjaya is definitely better compare to the other areas. My most important tips to everyone who always ask me if cyberjaya is a good place to stay, i ask them to come cyberjaya, drive around, eat here. If you like it, buy a house here to stay!

p/s: if you ask me why im still staying here, well its just simply because i'm already use to this peaceful and less traffic place..haha

Make sure you ask them to come at 3 different time :-

1. Weekday office hour.
2. Weekend.
3. At night.

MALAYSIA'S intelligent city is expected to have its own Chinese school by 2016.

Oriental Daily reported yesterday that this follows the decision to relocate SJK © Union Taiping in Larut Matang, Perak, to Cyberjaya.

The daily said the school was facing enrolment problems. It presently only has four students and seven teachers, including the headmaster.

In June, the government approved the school's relocation plan. Once completed, the school will also cater to the needs of those living in Putrajaya, Serdang and Puchong.

The school's building committee chairman, Tan Sri Barry Goh Ming Ghoon, said a six-acre piece of land for the school had been donated by developer Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd.

Goh said the decision was timely as 40 per cent of Cyberjaya's population is Chinese.

"The committee agreed that the school be developed according to the smart school concept and the project will cost RM14.5 million," said Goh.

"There will be 36 classrooms, a multipurpose hall, sporting facilities, science labs and language centres."

He said the committee had so far raised RM1.3 million and a fund raising event would be held on Oct 28.

The committee will submit the school's building plan to the Sepang Municipal Council by month-end.

"If we can begin construction by next year, then we will be able to open our doors in 2016," he said.
