this is beside cyberia crescent 2 and serin residency... surround by symphony hills and opposite dmelur villa....gonna be the next most strategically located high end residence in Cyberjaya...

the developer branding still not strong yet....their past project got issue...they taking big gamble if sell on par with other big reputable developer like uem, mah sing or sp setia...on the other hand benefit consumer also can get cheaper units per sqf.... i heard serin is incredibly cheap per sqf price compare to other launches currently..

u guys should feel lucky bought units develpment in this jalan fauna 1 cyberjaya.... gatelock by quality development like Symphony Hill, Serin, Crescent 2, a walk by to the Domain, D'Pulze, CBD Perdana, school, and yet still preserve with nice amount of greenery and quite hidden from main road full of traffics...

hey guys, just came back from sales office in cristal residence....im a bit slowpoke but only just now notice for landed thrs 2 choices....3 storey link or 4 storey link....built up 3 storey is ard 3000sqf....4 storey is ard 3600sqf...3s avg price ard 1.3mil, 4s avg price 1.5 mil....land built up if im not mistaken SA told em its 22 X 80 correct me if im wrong.....maintenance fee the landed owner will pay rm0.30 X psf of land built up only not total builtup...so mthly ard rm500++ suprisingly 3storey only have 16-18 units avail...4s have ard 32 if im not mistaken...expecting the 3s one to be the hot one as it is limited unit n price oso after discount i think not bad...4s will have observation deck + jacuzzi on the 4th floor...nice...thats all the detail im able to gather...
