Even for lower floors south east is priced higher than north. Maybe due to afternoon sun direction also.

4.5% rebate with 80% loan or 5% rebate with 90% loan?

Did this calculation based on my unit price.. if opt for 80% need to top-up now lor.. but long term wise looks better...
90% looks good because you'll get cash upon VP..hmmm

Because I have the V Club discount.. if I take 85% loan.. they still owe me RM3k-ish upon VP..

Nope. According to the SA, if you registered via their website during a certain time period previously, you get it. I suddenly receive the 10,000 cash voucher & V Club membership from them via letter last week.

Just went there to pass them my RM10k voucher. According to them must get loan approved within 14 days after we sign the booking form. Else, need to write-in to them to extend. If not they can cancel the discount package.
