then 1500sqft
then penthouse.
RM500/sqft seems reasonable for the location.
some say within 2 weeks the showroom at the site will be ready and they will launch there itself!

was one of the 1st batch of MMU (then Telekom Uni) students in Cyberjaya more than 13 years ago!! Graduated and left cyberjaya, never returned.
Just took a ride to visit cyberjaya again this week to find the site of Cristal, jaw dropped looking at the developments that is now in Cyber... I think this can be the next Setia Alam... can it? Anyone staying in Cyberjaya can give some pointers? or 16 Siearra? |

1302sqft x RM420/sqft = est RM550K
really attracting me.... honestly, cyberjaya isn't that far from Puchong, Serdang, Kajang. Or KL via the MEX hwg. why so long only done with showroom??? |
