after 2 week of training...i finally went from about 19kg bench press to 29kg! feel so happy smile.gif but no different on mass yet...
and to be sure,hoe much does normal gym barbell weight?

If it's the olympic barbell, it should be 20kg.

how about me? im 75kg with 165cm tall...you can imagine my fatness xD

Focus on your micro. As for me, I eat whatever I want and still can lose fats easily. Hahaha.

Don't get me wrong, you've obviously made progress if you've lost 20kg. But we can't see anything from those pictures, man.

Lol dude. I applaud you for loading so much weight but your progress pictures are Facebook profile pictures tbh

1. Use the same pose, and same lighting everytime
2. Use a better resolution camera =.="
3. Take pictures with the same angle
