ohh, hi.. yeah taylorian... I have been working out since the gym open.. so I think its around 1.5 years.
Wow, just 1.5 years? I thought it takes like at least 2-3 years to reach ur kinda body. But I also saw that u posted saying u workout 6 days/week? Til now?

well.. before this, I did some pushup at home and occasionally hit the gym when there is one. So it's more like casual playing around. Yes, up until now, its more like to be 6 or 5 days a week.
I am not sifus, but from my experience, doing all the basic heavy compound movement (deadlift, squat) and eat relatively clean (for me, just no fried food), allow me to improve quite a bit within 7-8 months..

Thanks for the tips, just one last question, how often u do cardio, if any at all? Coz before this I was doing like 2-3 days of 45min runs, with 2-3 days of weights in between, and during that time I couldn't see much improvement tbh

Last time yes. Now, seldom. I prefer heavy compound movement to burn all the calories. Normally during rest day I would do some jogging or swimming, 20min to 30min, and maybe some yoga movement, so that's about it.
From my experience, as long as you eat good and clean, stay focus on ur weight training, throw in some short cardio in the morning if you want, should be good to go. My way of doing it is not doing cardio and weight and the same period of time. I would do cardio 1st thing in the morning. Rest, take a nap. Weight training at night.

just RDL 52 today, mirin you even more nao. no homo..
that shoulder press, would you arch your back that much without the belt?
I had 2 lower back surgeries from an accident and fractured 2 wrists from a.rollerblading incident. But i have deadlifted raw 525lbs. So i need a belt and straps. I have never done military presses before. This is my 4th session so i don't know if my back will arch or not. But I'm not willing to take the risk.

Play safe bro. and never done mil press but pressed 76kg
He's nearing failure already. It's only normal that he's arching.
2nd to that... furthermore its just an attempt for PR.. but those are heavy... gambate Darklight, deadlifting 500+lbs back with 70kg bodyweight is insane!!!
