Thanks for this. I'll go surf around their site and see if there's anything else too.

Looks like HLB card is a must now sweat.gif

Seems like there are a lot of promos tied to the CC: http://www.hlb.com.my/pfs/cc/ccpromo.jsp?flag=ccpromo

I accidentally spend more than RM 1000. When the cash back credited, the description was showing as ********RM 144 (max cap RM 100).

My question will the excess CR credited in the next following month?

Thanks

Can we have the description of the RM144 ??? Why do you hide it ?
That wouldn't be the Monthly Cash Back because the format is incorrect.

Impossible to exceed RM100. Unless you print screen your online transaction history and give us a pleasant surprise . drool.gif

Yup, that was not the correct format. I put the description based on the snapshot my head shakehead.gif

So the balance of 44 will not be carried forward for the incoming month rebate correct?

If it can be carried forward, it kinda defeats the purpose of the 'max RM100' rule, wouldn't it? And I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't be scrutinizing their expenditures if they can carry their additional cashback forward.

I would like to share my "poor" experience with Maxis Bill Payment via Self-Serve Kiosk

1-Aug:
- Performed a transaction at the Maxis Self-Service Kiosk
- after 1 minute, it said "Transaction Cancelled" without any receipt.
- later, I received SMS Transaction Alert, the amount has been charged... I was like WTF !!!!!

2/3 Aug
- Follow-up calls to HLB says transaction is "floating"

4-Aug
- HLB Online & CS confirmed the transaction has been "posted" to my CC account mad.gif vmad.gif

Who should I "follow-up" : Maxis or HLB ?
