I've spent in oversea (China) in Nov and not received the rebates.
I registered through SMS twice if I remembered correctly but wasn't sure if I actually received a replying SMS.
Not exceeded the monthly RM100 rebate but managed to acheive 10X swipes above RM50.
I'll try to contact HL soon to find out why. I have a feeling its going to be a sour experience...

Have you been charged the annual fee? For the sake of others, would you try to call in to waive it and see what is the outcome? Do you plan to cancel the card if annual fee is not waived?
