what number can we call to check for application status? i applied through groupon too. Sent my docs on 22 May, lots of verification from HL on 27-28 May. But since then no more news...

OK. so no Wise Platinum for me. HL sent me SMS saying they need additional documents but when I called the number in the SMS, they say the application was cancelled and returned to branch. I submitted the form, IC and the BE receipt from e-filling. Maybe I should have attached together copies of payslip.

I am having trouble big time registering my Wise card with maxis easy pay. Always says the transaction is rejected by bank when signing up. As usual, call to HL, they'd say I type the cvv wrongly lah, or I used too long to register and session expired lah...call maxis then requested to try with other card...

Finally groupon credit of RM150 (albeit in the form of RM 30 x 5 redeem code) arrived in email yesterday. very clever . wonder when will the RM100 activation credit from HL will come in...

Does anyone knows if Aeon Wellness is considered departmental or groceries? Or not at all for both? Thanks

I've spent in oversea (China) in Nov and not received the rebates.
I registered through SMS twice if I remembered correctly but wasn't sure if I actually received a replying SMS.
Not exceeded the monthly RM100 rebate but managed to acheive 10X swipes above RM50.

I'll try to contact HL soon to find out why. I have a feeling its going to be a sour experience...

Have you been charged the annual fee? For the sake of others, would you try to call in to waive it and see what is the outcome? Do you plan to cancel the card if annual fee is not waived?
