To unable, the rental to include into the dsr computation u need to provide a simple tenancy agreement better if stamping. If not, provide the spa n 6 month bank statement crediting. Tq

I have a first apartment that I'm selling (SNP signed but not yet stamping), a second apartment that I bought with 70 percent LTV (loan not yet disbursed) and now I'm buying a third apartment. Kindly msg me if your bank can provide 90 percent financing.

Hi bro yes you are entitle as new installment would be RM2,963 + existing commitment over the income RM6,800 your debt service ratio is just 69.9%, you can PM me if you need financing!thks

Hi , I am currently looking at main place residence located at USJ, a studio unit of 421sf, however bank valuation currently providing max of 290k only, looking the unit selling price is 310k, is there any loan agent experience in this condo would able to assist on the bank valuation?

Hi, just wanna know if my nett salary is about 3.4K with no existing loans/debts. Would I be able to quality for a 200K loan for 30 years tenure (currently age 37 plus)? And yes I do have credit cards but it's quite new - been using it for about less than 5 months. I always pay it back full each month.

Was actually interested in that AIA fixed rates home loan. The property I am eyeing is a condo in Selangor area and asking price is about 340K. Please also recommend if you have any other better package to introduce.

My SNP to sell my first apartment was now stamped. Kindly let me know if you cud give 90 percent loan for my apartment. Except for Maybank and Public Bank

In this case, look for CIMB. I think they are the only bank can do liquidator cases
