You can apply loan with other bank subject to them having End financing for the project. The developer recommend the 4 banks to you because they are able to finance the project.

Anyway, what project is it? I am from Hong Leong bank by the way

Your BLR-2.5% package with no lock in and 39 tenure is the best in market already. Bank Negara already capped max loan tenure to 35 years. Interest rate max also BLR-2.45% based on that loan amount for all other banks.

Even with all this criteria, no bank will allow higher than BLR-2.5% for RM400k++ loan amount. BLR-2.5% is already too good yet he still asking why no ppl want entertain his request for better offer doh.gif

Only CIMB can do your loan since you want full flexi, no lock in, wavier on stamp duty = islamic , this rate

70% legal fee discount? Let me know if you can get a lawyer with this discount.

In this case, look for CIMB. I think they are the only bank can do liquidator cases
