Since there are so many people from the banks, perhaps you can answer my questions:

1) Is there a minimum age for a person to apply a housing loan?
- 21 years old
2) Is there any minimum number of months/years a person should be working before applying for housing loan?
- prefer 6 months with confirmation letter

Can a fresh grad with salary around 3k who has no records in CCRIS apply for loan?
- yes

bank will only ignore the housing loan when it is fully settled with settlement letter
worst to worst case you can settle your personal loan to entitle for the loan at 90% of purchase price RM 850k.

since you plan to get a housing in near future please be prepare your to apply a credit card 1st
yes or not, bank will prefer to look at your repayment behavior at least through your credit card repayment and utilization.

u must know whether u fulfill the min criteria

Sdn bhd year in business must >3yrs
sole-prop or partnership >2years

yes u can use 6 BS to justify the income
