Looking for loan. Details as follows:
Vendor's current bank: hong leong property location: shop apartment at bandar baru ampang. Title: strata not issued. Liquidator appointed. Any sales officer here? Please pm me. Thanks ya. |

Hi, I have approached PBB for refinancing.
They offered me 2 options, 144k but tenure must be 10 years. 100k tenure 27 years. Does not quite seem to make sense?? I thought if longer tenure, loan sum should be higher?? |
