Hi bankers,

I would like to refinance my current house loan and I would like to know what are the documents needed, cost for legal fee, valuation fee ?

purpose: to lower down my current interest rates & to have some extra cash

Current remaining loan amount is 220k.
I do have restrictions that I need to soak up my sister's house loan in near future.
A couple of personal loans (that will be fully settled very soon).

To all those in the home loan refinancing business,

I wish to refinance my housing loan. Reasons
- Better market rates
- Cash out.

Outstanding amt 200k, refinancing to 350k or 400k.

Prefer full flexi loans that is not yet bound by the bnm cashout rule at 10yrs.

hi, i plan to buy a sub sale property cost about 390k. ask the agent said the house valued by bank only 360k. how can i get more than 90% loan margin ? or can i get more more loan? i m just lack some first capital for that property. Thanks

Hi, I am looking to purchase a condo in Selangor area.

Purchase Price: RM 450,000 - 500,000 depending on nego
Downpayment: Ard 10% or more depending on loan amount

Current Age: 25
Gross Income: 4900
Nett Income: Ard 4100 after tax
Commitment: None (no car loan, no personal loan)

1. What is the normal tenure that I can get? I am aware max is 35 years, but I do know some banks do not give full tenure.

2. Also, what is the normal nett income to commitment ratio your bank allows?

Hi, Guys ... Need some advice on Housing loan .. As I am interested on getting a house around 480K.

My net income is around 4.9K with 3K ++ of credit card debts and not other debt. (Have reaching credit limit quite often previously, 6K++)

Have been paying monthly in time. (sad.gif do have 1 or 2 time missed a day or two).

Am I having any risk on securing a housing of 90%.
