Hi, Guys ... Need some advice on Housing loan .. As I am interested on getting a house around 480K.

My net income is around 4.9K with 3K ++ of credit card debts and not other debt. (Have reaching credit limit quite often previously, 6K++)

Have been paying monthly in time. ( do have 1 or 2 time missed a day or two).

Am I having any risk on securing a housing of 90%.
