Hello, I was wondering can i still get a housing load from banks?

I haven't work in Malaysia before, all the time I was in Singapore. Right now i like to purchase my first property in KL. My income came from renting out my Singapore condo. For my first property in KL , i able to pay 30% downpayment.

Will I still be able to get a loan from banks?

Does the chances of bank home loan improved if I put more down payment and borrow less?

Example: property price is 800K.
I put my down payment 400K, instead of 200K.

Buying a subsale condo. My commitment quite high, got car and another house loan wor. By putting more down payment will increase chance to home loan?

I like to know, after signing the offer letter from the bank for house loan. It's confirm the loan is secure right?
