from the pictures its a different unit...the show unit is a corner unit...the other one with 3 pane window is end lot unit

2. Rain water down pipe

that is just sloppy finishing..the subcon is really lazy...maybe to save money

imo the architect would not accept that...so maybe developer over rule to save cost.. sweat.gif sweat.gif

or you can give notice to developer to appoint own contractor..bills will send to developer..lel

they fast2 will repair and make sure not occur again
