What happen to the LATAR exit?

There are some disputes on the land and court cases which is ongoing. So the work on the exit has been stooped temporarily... Not sure yet when it will resume...

And what LowYat group say? Same o same..another few yrs to wait. This interchamge....so many yrs already lowyat still cannot make it happens.

" the Latar interchange from BTP joining to the Latar expressway is awarded to the concessionaire of Latar, that is KLKSE. They are responsible for the construction and completion of the interchange (a turnkey contract). We were informed by them that there is a slight delay due to the land matter, and they are resolving this matter together with the Malaysian Highway Authority. That's their reply from the previous Bandar Tasik Puteri thread... If I am not mistaken, the hearing for the court case was on 2 April 2015. Not sure wat's da outcome

Say cannot make it happen but sales agents are collecting land sales. This is whats written in an article in HartanahselangorKL. Although the article is dubious as it doesn't come with an author name or date, its still worth a read for you MR2 people who are waiting for 2016.

Today, I also saw some optimism in the BTP residence thread dated 17.4.2015, PERKEMBANGAN JALAN ALTERNATIF EXIT BANDAR TASIK PUTERI KE LATAR HIGHWAY
