Rumah Selangorku ground breaking ceremony on 15 May at M Residence 2, by Menteri Besar Azmin Ali. Its a low cost apartment starting 170k. Saw the advertisement.
Are they building it on MR2 strata titled land, or where? |

since where 170k apartments consider as low cost apartment?
I thought low cost is between 42k to 60k? |

Agree, read details it is a affordable scheme and for living purpose.
If anyone visit during the event. Can help to ask.about the club house facilities whether is also share with apartment also? Thinking are they willing to pay higher maintenance fee. |

Anyone knows about JMB for MR2?
E.g. if a JMB is formed, does the club house fall within the JMB? Is there one or separate JMB for Alpine, Birch and Caspia? Or include MR1 JMB? |
