Because they are not eyes close MS ... At the beginning MS is really a good developer, but when you see their project recently ... Really cannot even par with what they are at beginning ... Maybe they want to polish their financial report only... So BUY MS share better you buy their property.

Yup. They are very focus on short term financial numbers whereas big boys can take a longer term stance to deliver to both house buyers n shareholders.

They should do it now rather than later..so many phases to sell. Dunno how long need to wait. Those vp phase 1 n 2 man man dang. Lowyat wanna save cost kua. They wanna rebuild but not willing spend..ai yo
