Hi Rachel, mine I think claimed another 10% so now 65%, claimed for roof.

Just wandering if completed but A2 is still in the building progress then might not be safe to move in.
*
roof is 55%, no meh? the next 10% will be "the internal and external plastering of the said Parcel" already.

If roof then same with mine smile.gif

Hi, I think they build it row by row, i am A1 southern row.

I visited the sites, only saw 2 rows are built-up to roof. The rest only pillars

Most funny is, the front and end rows build earlier than the middle one..

Hi, IMHO they allocate limited resources to build rows which are sold earlier.

Yea man, typically china pek company wan $ fast but only appoint lesser contractors to do the work.

Hence, forever kenot compete with big boys like gamuda, sp setia and ijm.

Even access road also gotta rely on the mercy of LYG of tasik puttering

even top gun like gamuda also have contractor problems. read their forum, leaking problem was so bad. About 400+ units complained leaking after raining and waiting for defect rectification.

I don't understand the relevance of your statement. It is not the number of contractors that matter. It's the quality that is important. I rather hv the developer appoint a few good contractors than to appoint 100 shoddy contractors, even if it come with a higher costs and slower pace.

In terms of access road, LY is the one building the interchange bcos it's entire project is dependent on it. If they don't do it, the entire project is going to die.

My statement is relevant if you understand the industry/company well. For some people, it is all about turnaround time and efficiency but less concern on the quality.

Larger developers have the financial muscle to appoint multi-contractors to contruct a single township. Hence, the progress of diff rows will be about the same timing.

If u follow this developer, you will notice they hv never built a large and sustainable access road. They will always ride on others and build their township alongside others' access road.

To be fair, I am a purchaser of MR2 too.

you forget about MR3.

they are not interconnected.....just piecemeal, here and there.
there is no official size to consider township or otherwise.....think if you require to provide schools and land for mosque and other amenities, it considers as township planning qua...

Usually minimum 500 acres above on the same piece of land only can consider township, MR1, 2&3 not consider township..Bandar Tasik Puteri, Emerald Aggun consider township
