or only open new row for A2?

Hi All... Latest updates. Confirm the 2 new row of A2 is open with the price of RM468k with 20k discount (effective from 4th June 2013). According to SA, this price is valid till end of June only. The new price on July will be RM478k with 20k discount.

Wow, 2 rows opened, and surprisingly this time, both of the end lots and corner lots were taken ahead of other intermediate. Previously, croner lots sold quite slow for A1 and A2.

My friends and I had been eye-ing this end lot 342 and corner lot 370. From the whole 455 units and all the rows, I tempt to say that, the current release row of 342-370 is the best ever row in terms of accessibility and feng shui.

Any brother noes what is the size and price for both Lot 342 and Lot 370?

Bro, u went to sales gallery should know that, all of the rows opened was almost sold out ( left 2 units ) before they opened up another 2 rows of Type A2 just few days ago and the good units of 2 corner lots and 2 endlots near the park was taken.

I also wonder is that my fren who bought it.

Some rows near to the main guard house are yet yo release.

Can someone update the selling status?
Look like the sales not aggressive.
