Just got my loan approved from RHB for MR2 today... Pretty slow on the process but worth while for waiting. Good service, good rates and the staff very hard working. She is only there on weekend. If you need her service, call:

Quyee Tai @ 019-3599944/03-3323 3943 (RHB Klang)

hi bros, does anyone know when to sign S&P? law firm called and demanded to apply for loan in May coz S&P is set to be signed in June....but now no more follow-up...

By right lawyer can't force you to sign SPA without the issuance of APDL.
I believe they just call and remind you to work hard on the loan.

Sounds like the LATAR Highway stimulates the sales of Alpine a lot.

The below link has quite comprehensive coverage on LATAR.

I think the free 3 years is for mrta coverage during construction. And the 5 years is for coverage after construction complete.

I dont think it is free 3 years. It is interim period where the coverage is provided during 3 years construction period but the MRTA premium is cheaper than normal 8 years, thats why call it call 5+3 years.

The offer is standard but however, some banks' insurance company offer cheaper premium.

Btw, great sharing and write up from propcafe.net

I also surprise the LATAR RM 100mil highway interchange announcement can made the sales improved so much.

That's why the G&G Home selling RM 458k, if as busy as other KV, it would be easily RM 700-800k.

Desa Park City busy? Now yes, 10 years ago, no.
Is the location good? No.

10 years ago bought from dev at RM 500-600k. now? Easily RM 1.3mil and above. Is the location still good now, average good.

For me, Setia Alam is the best example already.
