Agree.

I rather they slowly open up row by row n sold it off or almost it like now.

Dunno why ppl keep imagine the sales is not aggressive enough given that only 2 units left out of the few rows opened ( since few weeks back ) bfore the 2 new rows of A2 opened just couple of days ago.

Not yet get AP DL n fully advertise. If it all fully sold within a day, it might not be too good also.

Haha. No need go every weekend one. Maybe u can call ur SA to send u the photo of the chart n update u? I also keen to update u guys if my SA willing to answer my call or reply my whatsapp.

My KR2 SA, his colleagues and dev always update me the sales chart with photo, site photo once every 2 weeks and latest price if changes. Maybe they quite happy I refer them buyers.

The A2 last 2 units 291 & 306 has been sold.

I heard that the A1 design will be launched at RM478K upon A2 fully booked.

where is it? btw, don't have to worry about traffic. if from MR2, i think there's only 3 area with traffic.

2. Bdr Country Homes Traffic Light
3. Anggun Traffic Light.

in-terms of Toll traffic, there is Police Traffic manning is early in the morning. Once the Flyover completed, i think the traffic should be ok.

I also look fwd flyover completion.
It may ease the rawang traffic
By the time 3 yrs later, some infra may improved accordingly.

The side of 370 and 313 are facing west, which will be exposed to evening sun. Isn't this bad feng shui?

I'm new to this and would like to learn more from the sifus here.

Erm, I am not that good in terms of feng shui but just share my opinion based on orientation I learn from a feng shui master, who used to tell me Mid Valley is a golden area aboutt a decade back.

Yes, normally people who trust feng shui a lot, look into facing South oriented units. Some directly South, some prefer South-West and South East.

From what I had learn and told, the row directly facing the main entrance is always the house that opened up and not much exclusivity. Cars passing too much and was told, it means that it disturbed the peace of the houses as well as it's position, but depends on everyone.

If based on what I found from him, the rows of 283A-399 ( middle 4 rows of A2 ) could be have good feng shui in terms of wealth and financial, where water flowing from main entrance and whatever pass by the house gate, it only could reach all the end lots near park ( 342 & 399, 283A &341 ) without further road and thus "the wind from the east" will clear it back and flow pass the gate again.

It would be different context at A1 where Lot 103 and 103A are both corner lots next to a road. ( I not sure how's the possible feng shui for these lots )

I think the all 6 units of corner lots at A2 are facing North and South, just curvy a bit to the West. The unit might hit by potential evening sun, not necessary a bad feng shui rather than a bad preference.

However, over total 455 units, there are only total 14 units corner lot, consider limited and 6 corner units of A1 would be hit by morning sun but also, this 6 units are the units nearest to the farm land next to the fenced. Mean while, the 6 units of A2 would be separated the Cluster Semi-D with the fencing. and nearer to main entrance.

In terms of Corner Lots and End Lots ( with land ) investment, Type A2 is definitely worth a pick.

And I not surprise that the 2 End Lot next to Park ( 341, 342 ) and 2 Corner Lots ( 313, 370 ) were the first units being taken when the row was opened. For earlier rows, intermediates gone very fast before end lot and subsequently corner lots. I am curious to know what are the prices and sizes of these 4 units of corner and end lots.

M Residences 2 is strata title. Nothing external can be change. All subject management approval...

Haha, actually A2 is not bad if not of the windows is half frame and if it is same as A1's full ceiling windows, it could be quite difference compare to current.
