When you open the fuel cap (that plastic cap), for refuelling, is the fueling hole supposed to be completely open or closed with some sort of rubber/plastic lining which will only open once you push the pump nozzle to refuel the car?

BTW i noticed there is click sound every time i press the brake pad when the gear is in P.

Is this normal? The sound seems to come from the gear box itself and controls the knob button.

In most cases, you will only hear 1 click because will have to press the brake pad once to move from P to R or D. But once in R or D, no click sound.
