Any place in penang able to solve the power windows krak sound? Cause i saw some website about permanent solve for the power windows. Dont know what thing too near and need to be hammered then solved already.

Hi, Anyone here know how to remove the *front* door panel?

I also have the power windows sound problem - both front - and auto mode can stop halfway since buying the car Aug 2012 (chassis #7000+). SC already changed three of the regulators except the front driver but problem unsolved. Seems to happen only when park under hot sun.

So I plan to remove the panel n see if the sound and auto problem persist without the panel. I suspect to be fitting problem - like the part of the door panel expands when hot - instead of the regulator.

If anyone has removed the door panel before kindly help how to take it off.

I did my 10k service with syntium 1000 at SC.

I also do tyre balancing, alignment and rotation for the first time.

I noticed, after that my steering vibrate after 100km/h, i went again do the balancing, again it also vibrate...why ar?? Is that because of the tyre rotation or because of the tyre inbalance. Everything stock.

Also the SC told me there is a recall on the power window coil spring on driver site. waiting the parts now.

also was told to top up engine treatment for better protection but i refuse.

Can we just order the hood insulation from SC? to reduce the engine noise? will that help? my car does not come with insulation iafm+ CVT

Targeted market definitely same as Neo buyer who prefered performance over luxuries. Do you think Neo buyer bother the exclusiveness of Preve? They only bother the sporty features. Those dashboard are nothing with their boost,coolant temp, and oil pres. gauges later on installed. So old people should stay back and buy Preve instead. Leave this model to the targeted market. MYR 75k? Parents going to be butt hurt. Highway will full of youngster competing Golf(Polo can leave behind already). Can't wait another 2 years scenario.

I just happen to choose the right car without knowing it. Then why got people still prefer hatchback? Is it Sporty?

Does preve cfe come with proximity sensor?

This is true story happened to my friend.
He drive preve.

1. Went to the office and realize he forgot to bring the key. He can unlock the car and start the engine because his car is quite near with the living room where he keep the key. Distance between his house and office is around 30km. After he turn off the engine he can't start it back. He asked his dad to send the key. Lucky it is still near. What happened if he already travel more than 100KM?

2. He park his car at hotel's basement. Kinda rushing due to event. He took the key out (lock everything) but he forgot to turn off the engine. He didn't realize cos the engine is very quiet. After 2 hours the guard inform him about it.

I advice him to check with the SC cos I thought keyless key come with proximity censor? Why the engine did not turn off and give warning (as there is no key detected?) Is there anything wrong with his preve?

Lol what ever. Not here to bash but to asked if this behaviour is normal or not. If it is not, need to check. That's all. Heh.

Btw, it is quiet when u r IN the car when the engine is idle. When u are rushing u wont notice anythg sir. U just get out and run. He might probably press the lock button but did not notice it wont lock. What i know the car was left unattended for 2 hours with engine on.

6.5" with 3 screws. other 6.5" speakers are 4 screws. go figure whether need to drill or not.
or go get self drilling screws. no need pre-drill.

the origin socket is not compatible to other's speaker. just cut and use the cable comes together with new speakers.
maybe you just go shop new speakers, amp and send to accessories shop for installation. the installation fee is not much.
stock speakers are made of paper. aftermarket speakers cannot fully perform without amp.

Does preve still got problem with the radio reception? Can it be solve?
