Thanks for all the sharing everyone. After i saw all the comments, i decided bought a property Anjali. The staff there also very helpful and friendly, no matter how many times i approached them.

They have low floor unit available at Block C facing school, is it advisable to go for the unit? My only concern is the noise from the school.

Btw, your unit at which floor and what facing? If is school you not worry about the noise?

i am living nearby. if i am not wrong, the school is a boarding school. got hostel. every morning (or sometimes even night) they will ask student to gather up bla bla bla through speaker. i am staying quite some distance, so i am not sure how much noise are from there. better do your homework before confirming a unit.

Have paid a visit to this project. The surrounding there is quite run down plus no amenities. RM 900k+ might as well get a sub sale at Mont Kiara.

Agreed with u. Not only dp, u also must consider legal fee. should be more than 20k.
But we save all this money.

i'm block c facing school, mid level floor.

my relative stays in tiara and does not realise the school with asrama and surau to be noisy, so i guess it is quite soft volume. whenever i drive there the school is silent and kids are well behaved. i have friends in TTDI and DU staying very close to masjid and seems the neighbourhood didn't move out, and house price still expensive tongue.gif

also i don't mind some activity noise during weekdays, with windows closed i doubt can hear it, anyway i'm at my workplace most of the time. i prefer this direction due to mountain view.

If for flipping, I got no comment. But if for own stay in long run, definitely will pick MK cos of the surrounding are well maintained n with upmarket amenities nearby. Of cause, if one doesn't have enough money for down payment then no choice. Can see most ppl buy this project cos of low down payment, not bcos of the location.

for own stay the location is very subjective, personally I will prefer sri sinar / bukit segambut more than mk, in mk u cant find chines schools, old Chinese restaurants, public transport, pasar malam , pasar pagi, your parents house, and your childhood friends.... where all of them are within walking distance or less than few mins drive....

If the buyers able to get 700-800K loan approval, i dont think 80-100K of dp is a problems for them too...
