Thanks for all the sharing everyone. After i saw all the comments, i decided bought a property Anjali. The staff there also very helpful and friendly, no matter how many times i approached them.

Have paid a visit to this project. The surrounding there is quite run down plus no amenities. RM 900k+ might as well get a sub sale at Mont Kiara.

Thank you. my relative stays in tiara and does not realise the school with asrama and surau to be noisy, so i guess it is quite soft volume. whenever i drive there the school is silent and kids are well behaved. i have friends in TTDI and DU staying very close to masjid and seems the neighbourhood didn't move out, and house price still expensive also i don't mind some activity noise during weekdays, with windows closed i doubt can hear it, anyway i'm at my workplace most of the time. i prefer this direction due to mountain view. |
