Have paid a visit to this project. The surrounding there is quite run down plus no amenities. RM 900k+ might as well get a sub sale at Mont Kiara.

If for flipping, I got no comment. But if for own stay in long run, definitely will pick MK cos of the surrounding are well maintained n with upmarket amenities nearby. Of cause, if one doesn't have enough money for down payment then no choice. Can see most ppl buy this project cos of low down payment, not bcos of the location.
