I asked before, it's not allowed. But there are parking lots for sale for 30k each and you can choose. Too expensive for me.

Collected stamped SPA and Deed of Mutual Covenants.

Next stage is to sign loan agreement and we also need to pay legal fees the same day. Lawyer will call when it is ready.

Towers A and D still have unsold units, especially the 1,800+ sq ft.

Towers B and C which went on sale earliest are almost completely sold out, but not 100%.

Then there are the 26 low rise units, not sure about the sales status.

I think the road is being shifted further up north. That will be the new improved 2-lanes road.

Looks like the current narrow road is going to be taken over as part of Anjali land.

The squatters can't stay very long, that land is very valuable.

Who knows? By the time Anjali is completed, maybe the squatters land already sold and have a development plan.

Thanks a lot for your sharing.

That's a decent record and its fair that sizes of 1800+ sf onwards are harder to sell.

6 blocks total, whole development 395 units.

4 high rise blocks, all launched, total 369 units including penthouses.

2 blocks low rise, total 26 units, this one have to enquire with SA, I'm not sure launched or not.

If not mistaken 1 car park lot is about 2.4m x 4.8m, roughly 124 sq ft. So it's around RM242 psf lol..

Yeah it's not great. I know they're using the half floor system e.g. Level 1, 1A, 2, 2A. So 6th floor could be 3 or 3A?

There should be a shortcut direct to 1A if turn right after guard house and enter car park.

Was told the good ones allocated to the most expensive units.

When I asked, the only option given was to buy a ground floor parking lot for 30k.
