Even Bandar Saujana Putra is over 300psf... how can this be 300-400psf... if 300psf-400psf... i think their directors n workers will take up 50% and vip another 30% ... left 20% for others..That area able to boost the sales if those ppl prefer to stay close to mont kiara area.
