Just a question, so our maxis LTE band is in channel 2600mhz? If that so that means if im getting the ZL must b C6503 am i right? Another thing is is there a way to check the phone model (eg. C6503, C6505)?

I'm still very concerned with the 9-11 hours standby I'm getting at 100% battery capacity.

Others here getting 4 days. I'm on stamina mode too. Phone lasts for a full day sometimes with a few hours screen time. Not too sure what's going on here.

Tried disabling and uninstalling apps, and switching on all power saving features but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

i finally managed to molest XZ few days ago and this is my opinion:

1) generally phone is smooth, no obvious lag. about launching the camera app, the white XZ was like less than 1sec. the black XZ was like 1-2sec as reported by some user. dunno why the diff between the white XZ and black XZ. maybe more people molest the black and so more apps running in the background of the black XZ?

2) screen colour... compared it side by side with my acro s. both set to max brightness with same wallpaper. i too noticed the black colour was darker on my acro s. the black on XZ really looks greyish. i knew some user said because of the default grey theme. the notification bar and the soft key does look greyish no doubt. but i was not comparing those bar. i was comparing the black on the wallpaper. not sure if the greyish theme affect the wallpaper as well.
but seriously, i can only notice the difference if compare side by side la.

3) viewing angle wise, i think it's ok for me. not an issue unless people really like to view it at extreme weird angle

4) phone does gets quite hot. maybe lots of people molesting the phones non stop. but it is normal la i think. the heat was just like my acro s. maybe cos XZ was so slim than feeling the heat was more obvious than my bulky acro s. so, not an issue to me also.

5) do agree on some review that the edge is too "sharp". may not feel comfy if holding too long

6) on the screen resolution, honestly from my naked eye, can't notice any difference on the 1080p XZ and the 720p acro s...

i think dun worry much about estimatimated standby calculation. mine also stated as 16hrs. then now it stated 1 day 18 hrs. i believe it was just a bug with the numbers. stamina mood still Woking.

Tried on my note... kinda nice... for RM10 you can have full sets of beautifull widgets that work nicely with you launcher... The interface kinda similar to WP8 or HTC BlinkFeed...

The downside little customization for drawer... no option to hide apps... no option to specific the no of screen...

Anyone had issues with xz's wifi? I was using my unifi's wifi and halfway through the line dropped...i tried connecting back but it keeps saying "Authentication Problem"

hi benny888, u r using Maxis right? and no issue when login to M2U apps, can you please share with me ur maxis apn setting? I tried XZ with WIFI and i can login to M2U apps, but i can't when using Maxis data connection.

Maxis for APN I always choose unet

Would you be using any casing? Will the casing covered the stickers, if yes then why not leave it alone? Worst case later want to claim warranty still got SOLID proof.
