I've found some information about the upcoming Lakefront Residence development. Seems to be in line with what a sales agent told me last year. T5-8 are only going to be 3 blocks, not 4.

Finally got a lelong unit at below 400k.
And is unblock view, facing SEG. Very nice view.
Hearsay price cost 30k to 40k extra to get this facing. Facing the other side of course is facing the other block (Tower 2).

First lelong unit sold. This is not a better facing unit. Directly face Tower 2.
4 bidders. Still sold at 433k just now.
Don't know is a good catch or not.

The other 380k lelong unit surely gonna attract many many bidders then. Better facing unit.

2. Lakefront Residence, consider as luxury high rise. 8 blocks, but only launch 4 blocks now. Tower A, B completed. C, D next year. E, F, G, H no news yet.
Total units should be more than 2000 units for all 8 blocks. Cheap maintenance fees at 0.20 psf only.

To the left:
3. Lakefront Home, bebas unit. 3 blocks. Around 1200 units. Not sure sharing facilities with PR1MA or not.
4. PR1MA, 4 blocks. Around 2000 units. All only 1 size: 850 sqft. Same price: 280k. Should be the rare few PR1MA that come with swimming pool & gym facilities.

So just total up how many total units here.

Hope the traffic is managed well, otherwise there's possiblity of congestion of 7000 cars - not including other projects.

when is the expected completion for Lakefront MCT units and Prima? Swear the progress is so slow that I thought it was abandoned. Or is it? Only few workers seen and the progress looks just about the same past 1 year plus i’m there. Staying at mutiaravillle. The whole stretch of road is really an eye sore from the cleanliness, landscapping and developement progress.

Plus next to lakepoint residence opposite mct villas : massive land clearing just done. Heard owened by Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNB) - building up business development areas. Hopefully not another residential surplus. Any thoughts?
