Guys, any ideas on the land opposite Lake Front and Roppongi? Above Eastern Corridor (Lake Point)
Technically, a pretty big built up. Wondering whether Commercial or Residential.

Don't think Symphony Park will kick off. The idea of building low to medium cost condos in such a large amount as originally planned will not go well with the exclusiveness of surrounding high end developments (ie : Lakefront, Setia Eco Glades etc )

With sjkc union around soon, how will that change or affect the main road in which we have 3 major residences, lake front , lake point and SEG (albeit bit far off).

Definitely will be busy with heavy traffic during school hours, with cars parking over the sides, probably double parks as well. How is that gonna fare for the residence people or tenants or are they gonna come up with a good system to overcome this common problem when involving with schools.

when is the expected completion for Lakefront MCT units and Prima? Swear the progress is so slow that I thought it was abandoned. Or is it? Only few workers seen and the progress looks just about the same past 1 year plus i’m there. Staying at mutiaravillle. The whole stretch of road is really an eye sore from the cleanliness, landscapping and developement progress.

Plus next to lakepoint residence opposite mct villas : massive land clearing just done. Heard owened by Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNB) - building up business development areas. Hopefully not another residential surplus. Any thoughts?
