Brought one unit on 9th floor floor as well tomorrow sign bank offer letter.

im getting 15% discount from the developer. just pay 7 % booking fee and and will get back when the project ready. all legal fee bare by developer.

planed to sell off when the project completed.

Correction not 7 is 2 % base on the price before discount. I just pay rm 13k plus the rest all on developer.

Told by the sales person Is the school will be ready by 2016 ,start school 2017.
So just hope goverment dont change their mind.

Some pic of the show house..no ready yet.... kinda dissapointed lack of 'Wow" factor in the design,..maybe just mine opinion,,

Heard from sa this sept will open the 4th tower. TOwer 3 also sold 85%...,, need go see see also.. anyone been to the site lately ..?

Today when and check the site glad to see that there some progression going on..
but found out some shocking news that the mct have some changes on the project but dint inform the purchaser.

-one residence project become prima1 those who give booking cheque were offered to choose the tower 3..

-tower 3 n 4 now is 27 story building instead of 40 story as they plan before this,

-they will assign n allocation car park for each unit not as they promote first come first serve that u can park anywhere..

-as for tower 5,6,7n8 is unknow. Will they built it or change it ? Cause once they allocate the parking to each unit. Higher chances they will change the 4 block into something else..(Just mine opinion) not sure is a good thing or bad thing. Will mct still sell lake front as a luxury condo?

If density fer floor tower 3 n 4 per floor the density actually higher.

Will be nightmare for tower 1 to 4 residence if the construction still going on for 5 to 8 after 2018..noise pollution n other safety issue.n etc..

how the developer going handover tower one on 2018 when all the construction still going on?
How they going to arrange the CCC and the strata title for this project???
